There are court …
There are court battles going on. WeThePeople foundation, Pete Hendrickson are two I know of. While that may bring public awareness I don’t think it will do much more than that. Tommy Cryer has won two criminal cases.
Even Cryer can’t win the civil. For the average man or woman administrative & court battles are gate keeper system to a slaughter. There are those that are out of the system, but they’re discreet and also out of the system. It’s hard to do, even harder today.

Because they’ve been conditioned to believe that paying taxes is synonymous with patriotism. Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4 says no capitation or direct tax shall be laid. A direct tax has to be apportioned.

I agree that Pete sees a problem. I disagree with his solution. It will in the end cause far more unnecessary harm in my opinion. This is a political problem. It requires that people think about what law can do or not do.
If you want to follow Pete please do. It is your choice. I see no reason for you to shoot at me in my foxhole because I see the battle differently than you do. I’ve been in this far longer than you have.

If that is a fact, then why do people pay it? So what your saying is if 16th Amendment did specify direct you would have to pay for schemes, bailouts etc. Well that’s what RetSquid says.
