I just took this class it was wonderfuL! One big problem! How do you complete a full body massage with the bamboo sticks? They go cold after two minutes. Not even long enough to do the full back. Maybe I have two sets of the bamboo in the heating pad. The bamboo feels great hot… not luke warm.
